This initial phase is about understanding your event needs. We’ll gather key details, including the expected audience size, keynote duration, location, and proposed event dates.

Confirmation
Once we’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide a Scope of Work (SoW) document outlining the services to be delivered, along with timelines and action plans. To confirm the booking, a signed SoW and, if required, a purchase order will need to be submitted.

Before the event, you’ll have a chance to meet with Vijay to discuss any specific topics you’d like covered. This meeting ensures alignment on content and technical requirements, as well as addressing any questions.
