Program Structure:
This dynamic, 10-week leadership development program includes five high-impact, 60-minute sessions, delivered live over Zoom, spaced every other week. Each session introduces a new learning challenge, which you’ll immediately apply with your team. Between sessions, you’ll receive worksheets and exclusive video content to deepen your understanding and prepare for the next challenge. With each meeting, we’ll build on the previous learning, ensuring you’re making continuous progress in mastering the skills necessary to lead through disruption, driving lasting impact within your team.
To enhance connection and community, after every live session, you’ll have the opportunity to join a 30-minute “connection hangout.” This informal, optional time is dedicated to social networking, sharing, and building relationships. I’ll facilitate a quick connection ritual to help everyone share something from their lives, followed by open time for discussion—creating space for you to connect with fellow leaders and get support from your peers.
